Despu\u00e9s de encargarlo a una <b>empresa consultora <\/b>y presentarlo en el seno de la organizaci\u00f3n, los trabajadores no lo aceptan y los <b>conflictos<\/b> aumentan notablemente.<\/p>\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n me pide ayuda para que aprueben el protocolo. <b>procesos de reclutamiento, selecci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n del talento, y a sus pol\u00edticas de igualdad, diversidad <\/b>e inclusi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>De manera inesperada y abrupta reciben cr\u00edticas y malos comentarios desde las <b>redes sociales,<\/b> tanto de <b>clientes<\/b> como de <b>ex-empleados<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Sorprendidos por la situaci\u00f3n reconocen sus \u00e1reas de p\u00fablicamente <b>disculpas<\/b> a la comunidad y a todos los agentes implicado.<\/li>\n<li>A <b>medio plazo<\/b>, recoger el m\u00e1ximo de informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de <b>focus group <\/b>con clientes y ex-empleados.<\/li>\n<li>A<b> largo plazo<\/b>, revisar y <b>actualizar<\/b> las pol\u00edticas de igualdad, diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como los procesos de reclutamiento, selecci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n del talento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de ayudarles con la primera fase, la comunidad y agentes implicados iniciaron una <b>comunicaci\u00f3n positiva y constructiva<\/b> con la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>En la segunda, la informaci\u00f3n recogida fue <b>amplia<\/b> y \u00fatil para la <b>mejora continua <\/b>de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>En la tercera, se implementaron la mayor\u00eda de <b>sugerencias y recomendaciones <\/b>de la segunda fase, cambiando la <b>imagen de la empresa por dentro y por
