- Delivered 600 hours of coaching, guiding individuals, teams, and organizations toward their highest potential.
- Conducted 100 hours of systemic coaching training, equipping professionals with transformative tools to navigate complexity.
- Completed 6 systemic consultancy projects, addressing intricate organizational dynamics and fostering systemic balance.
- Achieving a 4.90/5 clients’ satisfaction score.
Thought Academic Leadership and Research
- Invited as an international speaker at 4 major conferences, sharing insights on systemic coaching and organizational psychology.
- Published 3 research articles, contributing to the advancement of evidence-based practices in the field.
- Authored 1 book chapter, further establishing my voice in applied organizational psychology and systemic work.
